6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Service Quality Management module expands the knowledge of quality management and applies the approach to building a quality management system in the service business. The course aims to provide students with up-to-date knowledge related to product and service characteristics, service creation process management, customer satisfaction and comprehensive service quality management. Completing the program, students can apply the subject's knowledge to customer and service-oriented work as well as support in-depth studies in general business administration and quality management amount in particular.
