5. Course Objectives:

The subject aims to equip students with basic knowledge of Marxist-Leninist philosophy: including concepts, categories, and basic laws of Marxist-Leninist philosophy. Students will understand basic philosophical issues such as matter, consciousness, the laws of development of the natural and social world, and thinking. Understand the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism including: dialectical materialism, historical materialism. Through that, students can perceive how to approach and solve social, economic, and political problems from the Marxist-Leninist perspective. In addition, Marxist-Leninist philosophy encourages students to develop critical thinking, the ability to analyze and evaluate social and natural phenomena from many different perspectives. This subject also helps students practice creative thinking, the ability to propose new solutions based on a solid theoretical foundation. At the same time, the important goal of the subject is to help students know how to apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to practical life and work. Students will be guided on how to analyze and solve practical problems according to the methodology of Marxist-Leninist philosophy. The subject also aims to enhance students' political awareness, revolutionary ideology and ethics. Through studying Marxist-Leninist philosophy, students will better understand communist ideals, the importance of class struggle, thereby forming a sense of responsibility and dedication to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Marxist-Leninist philosophy is not only a theoretical subject but also plays an important role in shaping students' thinking and awareness. Through studying and learning this subject, students are not only equipped with basic knowledge of philosophy but also develop critical and creative thinking, and know how to apply theory to practical life. This is an important foundation for building a young generation with profound thinking, strong political awareness and noble revolutionary ethics.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Marxist-Leninist Philosophy module provides students with the most general knowledge about the development and movement as a scientific basis for evaluating and solving problems that arise in life. The module includes the basic contents: dialectical materialism, materialistic dialectism and historical materialism.
- Dialectical materialism provides learners with a scientific worldview as a basis for building a positive and creative attitude to life.
- Materialistic dialectic provides learners with a method of dialectic thinking to correctly recognize and solve problems in life.
- Historical materialism provides learners with a correct understanding of the existence and social development as well as the scientific methodology to recognize and solve social problems.
