6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Recruitment and Training of human resources is one of the key operations of human resource management in all organizations. Choosing the right people for the right jobs at the right time; equip, supplement and promote the capacity of employees in order to improve and improve knowledge, skills and attitudes to help them perform well in contributing to the achievement of the organization's goals, ensuring for the success of the business.
