Marketing Technology, or MarTech, is a broad term encompassing any technological tools that assist marketing managers in executing their tasks. These technologies include human-mimicking innovations that create, communicate, deliver, and enhance value throughout the customer journey, such as AI, NLP, sensors, robotics, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), IoT, and blockchain. The integration of these technologies serves as a driving force behind Marketing 5.0. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills to understand and effectively apply technology in marketing activities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
