5. Course Objectives:

The module equips students with knowledge of state governance in a responsible relationship with the market and the people. To provide students with knowledge of good state governance, inspiring students to take responsibility for the role of the state in the development of sustainable, fair, democratic and civilized markets and communities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

In addition to class time, students must read materials for each lecture, search for related topics and apply knowledge in practice. This course explores the concept and main contents of national to local governance. Participants will be equipped with the basic concepts, requirements, components and issues of measuring governance quality, contemporary challenges to governance and the direction of change. On the basis of basic knowledge, issues of government apparatus, organization and management of government resources from central to local to ensure governance goals will be presented. Finally, participants will be approached and equipped with basic issues related to the interactions between people, businesses and the government, thereby promoting the quality of governance. Each topic is combined between traditional lecture, discussion, group study case studies and independent research topics. Students are expected to read each lecture to aid in listening and exchange
