Leadership plays a vital role in organizations and is a complex concept encompassing many different leadership styles. To achieve organizational goals, leaders are often expected to employ various leadership styles depending on the situation they face in order to guide their employees to achieve the best performance. This course will introduce the concepts of leadership as well as the approaches, traits, skills, and behaviors related to effective leadership in the public sector.
