5. Course Objectives:
The module will equip students with an understanding of the provisions of the law related to the organizational structure, operating apparatus and operation of securities companies, investment funds and the stock market. At the same time, it helps students initially access legal documents and laws that currently govern all activities taking place in the Vietnamese stock market.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This module is designed to help students have legal knowledge in the securities and stock market sectors. The basic contents of the module are intended to provide basic knowledge about the legal status of subjects conducting securities business activities, main legal contents in securities trading and state management in the stock market sector.
