The objective of this course is to help students understand and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to participate in the management and integration of innovation systems in a global context. Students will gain a clear understanding of the role of the Global Innovation System (GIS) in the innovation processes of international businesses. They will be equipped with skills to connect and leverage innovation to support global development strategies, and create and implement innovation projects within national, regional, and global systems. This will enable them to build international partnerships and develop leadership skills in the context of innovation.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Global Innovation Systems (GIS) is a subject that studies and introduces the combination of creativity and innovation in global business. The course helps managers to develop a cross-border innovation system, combining innovation within enterprises and national-regional and global innovation systems. Therefore, the subject develops skills in nurturing a culture of innovation in competitive change, technology in building and integrating global innovation achievement, risk management and operations management. multinational innovation. In addition, the course provides skills to set up GIS, change people skills to integrate new technology and wide applicability in GIS. The course is divided into 3 parts; the first part discusses the principles of GIS governance, the second highlights the role GIS plays in global businesses, and the last part introduces GIS integrated solutions in national-regional-global innovation.
