The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to become effective leaders in the digital age. Students will understand the challenges and opportunities that leaders face in the digital age, and apply design thinking and innovation to adapt to new technologies. Students will learn how to apply leadership strategies that focus on technology and human factors to build sustainable business models and adapt to the rapid change of the technological environment. Students will develop skills to organize and manage the digital transformation process in the enterprise, and lead learning and innovation in the organization through necessary support tools. The course encourages students to practice self-learning, self-developing leadership capacity through research and learning from modern technology leaders, preparing to participate in start-up projects or digital transformation in real environments. 6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Today's leaders consider digital transformation in the organization as a desire/desire and urgent.
