The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and promote innovation in businesses. The course will help students master the basic concepts, models and processes of innovation management, thereby understanding how to manage and develop innovative ideas in businesses. Analysis and development of innovation strategies: Students will learn how to analyze the factors that promote innovation, identify opportunities, and choose the right innovation strategy for the organization, and develop innovation strategies in the business.
