5. Course Objectives:
The objectives of this course are of the followings:
- To provide an overview of corporate and organizational culture and the role of culture in innovation activities of enterprises and organizations;
- To equip students with thinking and the ability to adapt to changes in organizations and enterprises, along with knowledge and skills to implement, propose solutions to build a culture of innovation for enterprises and organizations.
- To help students develop teamwork skills, critical thinking skills, presentation skills, effective communication skills, giving and receiving feedback, respecting the ideas and opinions of others … via project-based learning method.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This module helps learners understand the importance of innovation culture in the innovation process at enterprises.
Learners are provided with knowledge to locate the innovation culture at the enterprise, understand the barriers that enterprises must face in the process of forming an innovation culture. By assessing the current state of innovation culture at a particular enterprise, learners can apply their knowledge to understand what businesses need to do to build and develop an innovation culture.
