This course aims to provide students with knowledge in two key areas of valuation: Urban Planning and Architectural Construction. In the field of urban planning, students will learn to analyze and assess the impact of planning documents on land value based on planning information and records. In the field of construction, students will gain an understanding of the structure of architectural works, various types of construction projects, and how to apply this knowledge in the valuation of buildings and infrastructure.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The two main subjects of students majoring in valuation are LAND and CONSTRUCTION. This subject aims to provide students with knowledge about two areas of planning and architectural construction, including:
+ The field of planning helps students analyze and evaluate the impacts of planning on land value from information and planning documents.
+ The construction field helps students understand the structure of architectural works, types of architectural works serving the work of project valuation.
