The course equips students with essential insights into property taxes, concentrating primarily on the different tax categories within the real estate industry.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides the basic knowledge of property tax with a focus on taxes in the real estate sector. Thereby, students recognize and understand the theoretical issues of property tax. The module also helps students understand the basics of taxes related to real estate possession (or land use right) and transfer in accordance with the prevailing laws in Vietnam. Students have the ability to apply the knowledge and regulations on taxation in the real estate sector in real life.
