5. Course Objectives:

The course provides students with basic theoretical knowledge and practical situations in the development of plans, implementation of plans, supervision and evaluation of local economic development plans and strategies (at the provincial, district, commune level) and regions. In addition, knowledge and skills in local marketing, investment promotion and trade are also discussed in the course. The course also helps learners better analyze the effects of the external environment in the process of strategic planning of enterprises, organizations, business development plans, and investment projects in localities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides students with theoretical framework and knowledge about marketing places strategies. Moreover, teamwork, and representation are required.
