The course will provide knowledge about concepts in behavioral science and organizational theory to understand, predict, and influence individual behavior, group behavior, and organizational effectiveness. To achieve this, the course will analyze the actions and interactions of individuals, groups, and organizational systems, as well as strive to understand the diverse aspects of organizational behavior and organizational effectiveness.
