The Intellectual Property Management course equips students with foundational knowledge of concepts, legal regulations, and methods for managing intellectual property. This course helps students understand the increasingly important role of intellectual property in business activities, how to protect, utilize, and effectively commercialize intellectual property, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and value of organizations in the context of international economic integration.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Intellectual Property Management course provides students with the basic knowledge of intellectual property, intellectual property rights including intellectual property rights, copyrights, industrial property rights. , and other related rights. In addition, the course also focuses on providing knowledge of the system of international and Vietnamese legal documents related to the recognition, registration and protection of intellectual property rights. After completing the course, students can identify intellectual properties, analyze the content of rights, prepare dossiers for registration for intellectual property protection, assess commercial capacity as well as building an effective intellectual property commercialization model.
