The Real Estate Valuation course provides students with an in-depth understanding of real estate valuation methods, through determining the value of most types of real estate that appraisers often encounter. The course content presents theoretical and practical issues related to the role of valuation in real estate investment and development decisions. Thereby helping students understand how to apply different valuation methods to many types of real estate for valuation purposes such as investment, divestment, mortgage and insurance.
