5. Course Objectives:
This module equips students with the knowledge and skills of machinery and equipment valuation (concepts, processes, analysis techniques, data collection) to conduct independent valuations and prepare valuation reports.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This module equips students with the data analysis techniques and methods need for plant and equipment valuation in accordance with a logically established process. The module will equip (1) the concepts, theoretical principles of machine - equipment price appraisal; (2) practice and discussion, helping students to initially apply the theory into practice; (3) Graduates will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the valuation of all kinds of machines-equipment.
