Học phần An toàn Thông tin Kế toán trang bị cho sinh viên kiến thức cơ bản và kỹ năng thực tiễn về an toàn thông tin nói chung và an toàn thông tin kế toán nói riêng. Sinh viên có khả năng nắm bắt tổng quan về an toàn thông tin và an toàn thông tin kế toán trong môi trường kinh doanh biến động ngày nay. Bên cạnh đó, sinh viên cũng sẽ đạt được những hiểu biết và khả năng phân tích các tình huống thực tiễn bằng cách nhận biết các mối đe dọa và tấn công hệ thống thông tin, cách đánh giá khuôn mẫu và quy trình quản lý rủi ro, cách thiết kế các chính sách, tiêu chuẩn, thực tiễn triển khai an toàn, cách thiết kế chương trình giáo dục, huấn luyện và nâng cao nhận thức về an toàn thông tin (SETA) để xây dựng một kế hoạch an toàn hữu hiệu và hiệu quả. Cuối cùng, khả năng giải thích được các kế hoạch dự phòng và áp dụng các kiểm soát truy cập logic, một số kiểm soát công nghệ, và kiểm soát truy cập vật lý nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu an toàn thông tin và an toàn thông tin kế toán sẽ được cung cấp trong môn học này./ The course of Accounting Information Security equips students with basic knowledge and practical skills in information security (IS) in general, and accounting information security (AIS) in particular. Students will be able to grasp an overview of information security and accounting information security in today's volatile business environments. In addition, students will gain understanding and the ability to analyze practical situations by identifying threats and attacks on information systems, assessing the risk management framework and processes, designing policies, standards, and security implementation practices, and designing information security education, training, and awareness (SETA) programs to build an effective and efficient security plan. Finally, the ability to explain contingency plans and apply logical access controls, some technological controls, and physical access controls to achieve information security and accounting information security objectives will be provided in this course.

In the digital world, ensuring the information security of any organization has a tendency to become an increasing challenge. Threats to information security (including accounting information) such as malware, phishing attacks... are global and sophisticated issues. This is the reason why organizations concentrate on develop the future secure computing environments by trusting the next generation of professionals who have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and experience to tackle as well as manage growing and perplexing information security issues.

By completing this course, students are able to have an overview of accounting information security and systems development life cycle in business’ environment in modern day. It presents knowledge and skills about identifying information system threats and attacks; assessing existing risk management, designing secure implementation policies, standards, and practices to develop an effective and efficient planning for security; applying logical access control and physical access control; and how to implement, maintain, and change the information security program. With the well-equipped competencies which are provided in this course, students can acquire in-depth knowledge of accounting information security in an IT application environment and show to advance experts in assessment information security (accounting information security) in diverse organizations.
