5. Course Objectives:
Học phần "Nghiên cứu khoa học và kỹ năng viết học thuật" cung cấp người học những kiến thức cơ bản về đạo đức trong nghiên cứu, phương pháp nghiên cứu khoa học để có thể thiết kế được một đề cương nghiên cứu khoa học, biết cách xử lý, thống kê và phân tích số liệu thu thập được trong quá trình nghiên cứu theo hai phương pháp là định tính và định lượng, đồng thời có thể trình bày các kết quả nghiên cứu. Người học được thực hành một số phần mềm ứng dụng trong nghiên cứu về tài chính, kế toán, kiểm toán, thuế, để có thể độc lập xây dựng và phát triển nghiên cứu của mình. Thêm vào đó, người học sẽ được trang bị trong nội dung học phần này về kỹ năng viết học thuật liên quan đến lĩnh vực kế toán, kiểm toán thông qua các dạng bài luận khác nhau như viết tiểu luận, báo cáo, đề cương nghiên cứu, khoá luận tốt nghiệp và luận văn. Bên cạnh đó, người học nhận thức các yêu cầu viết học thuật để có thể trình bày báo cáo học thuật theo tiêu chuẩn APA./ "Scientific Research and Academic Writing Skills" course provides learners with basic knowledge of ethics in research, scientific research methods to be able to design a scientific research proposal, know how to process, compile and analyze data collected during the research process using two methods: qualitative and quantitative, and at the same time be able to present research results. In addition, learners will be equipped in the content of this course with academic writing skills related to the field of accounting and auditing through different types of tasks such as essays, reports, research proposals, graduation theses and dissertations. In addition, learners are aware of the requirements for academic writing to be able to present academic reports according to APA standards.

By providing knowledge about research methods in a systematic way, the subject enables learners to apply and analyze quantitative and qualitative research methods, and especially conventional methods. applied in finance, accounting, auditing, tax. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods helps learners to independently construct and develop their own research. In addition, the course will also support learners in writing and presenting academic reports according to APA standards.
