5. Course Objectives:
Sinh viên hiểu được những những kiến thức cơ bản về khái niệm, cơ sở, quá trình hình thành và phát triển tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh; Nắm được những nội dung cơ bản của tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh; Sự vận dụng của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam trong cách mạng giải phóng dân tộc, trong kháng chiến bảo vệ độc lập và sự nghiệp xây dựng, bảo vệ Tổ quốc hiện nay; Hình thành cho sinh viên khả năng tư duy độc lập; phân tích, đánh giá, vận dụng, sáng tạo tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh vào giải quyết các vấn đề trong thực tiễn cuộc sống, học tập và công tác; Nâng cao bản lĩnh chính trị, lòng yêu nước, trung thành với mục tiêu lý tưởng độc lập dân tộc gắn liền với chủ nghĩa xã hội; Nhận thức được vai trò, giá trị của tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh đối với Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và dân tộc ta; Thấy được trách nhiệm của bản thân trong việc học tập, rèn luyện để góp phần xây dựng đất nước và bảo vệ Tổ quốc./
Students understand the basic knowledge of the concept, foundation, formation and development process of Ho Chi Minh's thought; Grasp the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's thought; The application of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the national liberation revolution, in the resistance war to protect independence and the current cause of building and defending the Fatherland; Form students' ability to think independently; analyze, evaluate, apply and create Ho Chi Minh's thought to solve problems in real life, study and work; Enhance political capacity, patriotism, loyalty to the ideal goal of national independence associated with socialism; Recognize the role and value of Ho Chi Minh's thought for the Communist Party of Vietnam and our nation; See their own responsibility in studying and practicing to contribute to building and defending the country.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Ho Chi Minh Thought module consists of 6 chapters, providing students with basic knowledge of: Objects, research methods, meaning of learning subjects; on the basis, process of formation and development of Ho Chi Minh's thought; Ho Chi Minh's basic ideas about national independence and socialism, the Communist Party of Vietnam, about national solidarity and international solidarity, culture, morality and people.
