Học phần Toán tài chính thực hành đề cập đến giá trị thời gian của tiền và phân tích các dòng tiền không ngẫu nhiên, chẳng hạn như niên kim, đầu tư, trái phiếu và các khoản vay. Học phần Toán tài chính thực hành giúp sinh viên củng cố các kiến thức toán tài chính, vận dụng nhuần nhuyễn trong giải quyết các bài tập thực hành toán tài chính trong kỳ thi chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp của hiệp hội Actuary Mỹ (SOA – Society of Actuary). Ngoài ra, học phần cũng đưa ra các bài tập tình huống phù hợp trong thực tiễn để người học vận dụng kiến thức toán tài chính giải quyết những tình huống liên quan trong nền kinh tế.
/The Practical Financial Mathematics course covers the time value of money and analyzes non-random cash flows, such as annuities, investments, bonds, and loans. This course helps students reinforce their understanding of financial mathematics and apply these concepts effectively to solve practical financial math problems in the professional certification exams of the Society of Actuaries (SOA). In addition, the course provides real-world case studies to enable learners to apply financial mathematics in tackling relevant economic scenarios.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course helps students to consolidate knowledge of financial mathematics, apply them fluently in solving exercises relating to the exam FM of SOA. In addition, the module also offers some case studies so that the students can apply knowledge of financial mathematics to solve related situations in the economy.
