5. Course Objectives:
This module provides the legal framework for urban development in Vietnam, specifically Architecture laws, Construction laws, Planning laws, and other related laws.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
Students will be provided with general knowledge about the current legal system, including laws, decrees, and circulars related to the field of study. This module also presents the structure of the laws and how to apply these laws to the implementation of projects in Vietnam. In addition, students are also introduced to Vietnamese Regulations and Standards related to urban design and planning.
