The Project Management course provides students with a foundational understanding of project management and its processes. Students will gain an understanding of the project lifecycle, phases, and common project management methodologies. The course focuses on basic project planning, goal setting, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and evaluation. The goal is to enable students to apply their knowledge to specific projects and develop effective project management skills.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Project Management course provides knowledge of principles and practical methods in project management, helping learners understand the entire life cycle of a project from initiation to completion. Learners will be equipped with essential skills to plan, coordinate and control projects effectively. In addition, learners will learn how to identify potential risks that may affect the project implementation process and develop strategies to minimize those risks, helping to increase the likelihood of success when implementing the project in practice. Learners are guided on how to apply quality control processes to ensure that project outputs meet the highest standards, while also providing knowledge on how to handle ethical issues that arise during the project management process.
