In addition, learners will learn how to identify potential risks that may affect the project implementation process and develop strategies to minimize those risks, helping to increase the likelihood of success when implementing the project in practice. Learners are guided on how to apply quality control processes to ensure that project outputs meet the highest standards, while also providing knowledge on how to handle ethical issues that arise during the project management process.
