Understand the knowledge on how to manage and develop a startup, from setting goals and analyzing the market to building effective business strategies. Develop a creative and market-appropriate business model, as well as a detailed business plan to drive the company’s growth. Cultivate essential skills such as creativity, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving abilities to support the formation and development of a new business. Apply theoretical knowledge to practice through simulation games and group workshop activities, helping students enhance their practical skills and problem-solving abilities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course aims to provide learners with knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship, covering fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship, the role of entrepreneurship in personal and economic development, and the socio-economic aspects. The entrepreneurial process is explored, including idea generation, feasibility assessment, competitive analysis, business model development, and business planning. The course also addresses the preparation steps for entrepreneurship and financial considerations for startups.
