• Giúp cho sinh viên có được những kỹ năng làm việc bằng sự kết hợp linh hoạt, nhuần nhuyễn các kiến thức căn bản và việc thực hành các kỹ năng mềm cốt lõi để sinh viên có thể tiếp cận hiệu quả hơn với môi trường học tập và môi trường công việc sau khi tốt nghiệp./ Help students acquire work skills through a flexible and fluent combination of essential knowledge and practice of core soft skills. They can more effectively approach the learning environment of an internship and work after graduation.
• Giúp cho sinh viên kiến tạo các tố chất riêng nhằm xây dựng được một tinh thần cầu tiến, ham học hỏi, nhằm giúp cho sinh viên có được thái độ nghiêm túc và có những định hướng đúng đắn trong học tập và làm việc./ Help students create their qualities to build a progressive and curious mindset, a serious attitude, and the proper orientation for studying and working.
• Giúp cho sinh viên từng bước hình thành các năng lực cốt lõi để thích ứng với những yêu cầu đòi hỏi ngày càng cao hơn của xã hội và vượt qua được những thách thức trong các mội trường làm việc mới./ Help students gradually form core competencies to adapt to the increasingly demanding requirements of society and overcome challenges in new working environments.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Soft Skills module aims to equip students with basic knowledge of soft skills applied in the learning and working environment, helping learners grasp a general understanding of core soft skills and form their ideas, logical thinking, and practical application.
The core soft skills of the module include three main modules: Module 1: Working skills; Module 2: Building your qualities; Module 3: Core competencies.
