Students will explore contemporary teaching methods such as communicative language teaching (CLT), task-based learning (TBLT), flipped classrooms, and blended learning, while actively engaging with digital tools, AI-assisted instruction, and sustainability-oriented education (SDGs integration).
This course plays a pivotal role in preparing students for careers in language education, digital content development, and inclusive English teaching in diverse learning environments. It also serves as a methodological bridge between core courses (e.g., Linguistics, Language Skills) and more advanced, practice-based modules such as Digital Lesson Design, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), or Teaching Practicum. Additionally, it supports students who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in TESOL, applied linguistics, or educational technology.
