This course enables students to practice English teaching in a simulated classroom environment. Working in small groups, students design and deliver a demo lesson for a specific purpose (e.g., English for communication, English for academic or workplace use) while experimenting with a variety of teaching techniques. To support this learning process, the course includes guided workshops on key aspects of language pedagogy, reflection discussions and case studies. Students also take active roles as peer-observers, using observation checklists and feedback to evaluate their classmates’ teaching.
