This course, based on The Business 2.0 Advanced, develops students’ ability to produce clear, professional, and persuasive business writing. Drawing on authentic business contexts from the textbook, students will practice crafting a range of written documents, including biographies, effective emails, proposals, reports, press releases, budget reports, and articles. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, coherence, and appropriate register, with a focus on language features such as participle clauses, persuasive expressions, and finance-related vocabulary. Through guided tasks and case-based activities, students will strengthen their skills in structuring arguments, tailoring messages to different audiences, and integrating critical thinking into written communication. By the end of the course, learners will have enhanced confidence and competence in writing documents commonly used in international business settings.
