This module equips learners with basic knowledge of systems and systems thinking methodologies, provides learners with skills to think and find creative solutions, forming in learners the ability to reason and solve problems in research activities applied to information technology in business. At the same time, it helps learners practice the necessary skills in building solutions to problems on the basis of comprehensively considering all aspects of the problem, effectively handling complex relationships and describing problems in a systematic, logical and creative way.
