5. Course Objectives:

- Equip students with fundamental knowledge of programming in Python and data processing skills using the Pandas library. - Provide a solid understanding of basic statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and simulation methods in data analysis. - Develop the ability to apply Python to practical problems such as Monte Carlo simulation, Bootstrap methods, and random data analysis. - Foster computational thinking, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to implement data analysis tasks in research and real-world applications.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course introduces the fundamentals of programming with Python, with a focus on data processing using the Pandas library and its applications in statistics. The contents include an introduction to Python, basic programming, data handling, hypothesis testing, and simulation techniques such as Monte Carlo and Bootstrap. Through exercises and a term project, students will gain hands-on experience in data analysis and simulation, preparing them for research as well as practical applications in various fields.
