This course will provide the students the knowledge of how to conduct a marketing research effectively. As a result, the students could design a research plan, collect and analyze data and present the results. This course will help students understand the role and how to use research to understand target customers in detail as mentioned in the subject of consumer behavior, analyze and evaluate market challenges and opportunities to make the right marketing decisions related to marketing tools such as product development, pricing, distribution and marketing communications. In addition, the knowledge of this course could also help students to conduct their graduation thesis or any research.
