Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: Analyze business problems and select the right quantitative tools and methods to analyze data and draw decisions, action plans for the problem; Use Excel and other analytical tools (online, offline) proficiently to do quantitative analysis for business situations; Present quantitative analysis results effectively through assignments, reports and presentations.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Quantitative Analysis for Business course provides students with comprehensive knowledge of quantitative methods used in business. These serve as essential tools to support executives and managers in making scientific and rational decisions based on techniques such as Decision Tree Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Linear Programming, Monte Carlo Simulation, and project management using PERT and the Critical Path Method (CPM).

Additionally, the course introduces various online and offline software tools to streamline the analytical process, saving time and effort. Students will learn to present and interpret results through specialized tables and charts, while gaining hands-on experience with computer-aided tools for quantitative analysis.
