Môn học giúp sinh viên hiểu phương pháp doanh nghiệp giới thiệu dịch vụ đến nhiều khách hàng tiềm năng, thông qua các chiến lược marketing, tập trung vào những đặc điểm phi vật thể của dịch vụ như tính vô hình, không thể lưu trữ, dễ biến đổi và tính tiêu dùng ngay lập tức./ The course helps students understand how businesses introduce services to a wide range of potential customers, through marketing strategies, focusing on the intangible characteristics of services such as intangibility, perishability, variability and immediate consumption.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course introduces and provides related knowledge and understanding to service marketing, and compares the differences and similarities between service marketing and product marketing. This course provides students with basic knowledge of service quality and knows how to identify the factors affecting service quality, and methods of measuring service quality of a business. Today's businesses require emphasis on the ability to satisfy customers, quality of service, customer service ... Besides, this course provides skills to build, develop and execute a strategy for a specific service type.
