Học phần "Đo lường thành quả và báo cáo môi trường, xã hội, quản trị" hướng dẫn các kỹ thuật đánh giá trách quản lý tại tổ chức phân quyền, đánh giá thành quả hoạt động và thành quả tài chính của doanh nghiệp trên các phương diện: quản lý tài chính, môi trường, xã hội và quản trị công ty. Ngoài ra, người học tìm hiểu cách đánh giá rủi ro và cơ hội liên quan các vấn đề bền vững thông qua lăng kính của ESG. Người học có được sự hiểu biết về các khuôn khổ và tiêu chuẩn khác nhau về báo cáo ESG, giúp người học có kỹ năng cần thiết để đề xuất những giải pháp kiểm soát cũng như những chức năng kiểm toán nội bộ giúp giám sát hoạt động ESG tại đơn vị./ "Performance Measurement and Environment, Society and Governance Reporting" course provides guidance on techniques for assessing management responsibilities in decentralized organizations, assessing the operation and financial performance of enterprises in terms of financial management, environmental, social and corporate governance. In addition, learners learn how to assess risks and opportunities related to sustainability issues through the lens of ESG. Learners gain an understanding of different frameworks and standards for ESG reporting, providing learners with the necessary skills to propose control solutions as well as internal audit functions to monitor ESG activities at their organizations.

This module guides the techniques of assessing management responsibility in a decentralized organization, assessing the performance and financial performance of an enterprise in terms of financial management, environment, society and governance. In addition, the module helps learners to be aware of social responsibility issues in enterprises.
