5. Course Objectives:

This course is designed to provide learners with both theoretical knowledge and practical connections, as well as the necessary skills and thinking methods to effectively implement strategies, plans, and various projects in the business environment. It serves as a foundational course that helps students develop team-working skills, project-based collaboration, or independent leadership, with the primary goal of transforming business objectives and strategies into actionable steps that yield specific results. This is achieved through setting plans, executing them, and simultaneously monitoring progress to make appropriate adjustments in order to achieve the desired outcomes. In a context where businesses must not only navigate increasingly complex and competitive market conditions but also focus on sustainable development to contribute to economic stability, social well-being, and environmental protection, this course enables learners to enhance their ability to execute strategies within organizations. It prepares them to take on effective leadership roles in sustainability and contribute to the future success of businesses and organizations. Upon completing this course, students will be able to: - Apply key skills in planning, implementing, monitoring, and measuring the performance levels of projects and business strategies, particularly in contexts with limited resources and time. - Develop leadership and teamwork skills, collaborating within project teams to implement necessary changes and adjustments in order to achieve the originally set goals. - Analyze the factors influencing sustainable development, propose improvements to optimize work processes, and ensure long-term, sustainable value creation for both businesses and society.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course content is divided into two main parts and is delivered over 9 weeks (45 hours):

  • Part 1 (20 hours): This section introduces basic concepts and the role of strategic execution management in businesses. It covers models and methods for setting goal-oriented plans, resource allocation, risk management measures, and contingency planning for strategy implementation.
  • Part 2 (25 hours): This part focuses on methods for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of strategy execution through the use of guided tools. It includes practical exercises in leadership skills, teamwork, problem identification, and resolution during execution. Students will also apply conflict resolution techniques within teams and propose effective improvements to promote the sustainable development of the business.
