The course content is divided into two main parts and is delivered over 9 weeks (45 hours):
- Part 1 (20 hours): This section introduces basic concepts and the role of strategic execution management in businesses. It covers models and methods for setting goal-oriented plans, resource allocation, risk management measures, and contingency planning for strategy implementation.
- Part 2 (25 hours): This part focuses on methods for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of strategy execution through the use of guided tools. It includes practical exercises in leadership skills, teamwork, problem identification, and resolution during execution. Students will also apply conflict resolution techniques within teams and propose effective improvements to promote the sustainable development of the business.
