5. Course Objectives:

This course provides learners with the principles of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) integrated within Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. Emphasis is placed on regulatory compliance, sustainability strategies, and risk management. The curriculum aligns with international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), while also incorporating Vietnamese legal requirements.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides fundamental knowledge of health, safety, and environment (HSE) within an organization and how to integrate these elements into the ESG framework. Learners will be exposed to the following topics: international and Vietnamese definitions of HSE, relevant legal regulations, international standards for building HSE management systems, hazard identification and risk assessment, fire safety, workplace safety management, emergency response and crisis management, incident investigation and management, HSE performance indicators, occupational health and disease management, environmental management within organizations, and corporate social responsibility..
