Topics covered include: Market failure and the role of government; Public finance and policy analysis framework; Public sector and sustainable development – the role of tax and regulation; Public goods and sustainable public expenditure;Analyzing benefits and costs of sustainable public projects; Integrated social-environmental risks in budget management.
