5. Course Objectives:

In alignment with the educational philosophy of combining theory with practice, and learning through action, final-year students from various majors within the management of Sustainable Finance Institute (SFI) will participate in the Internship - Graduation Course, which aims to: • Provide students with opportunities to engage in practical research, applying the knowledge they have gained at the university to real-world tasks during their internship; • Establish a systematic integration between theory and practice, progressing from general knowledge to more comprehensive tasks, and from these to specific professional duties; • Help students consolidate and refine the knowledge they have acquired during their studies to prepare them for their professional careers post-graduation; • Demonstrate their research skills through the writing of a graduation thesis in the form of a research paper; • Develop soft skills; • Familiarize students with professional attitudes, workplace regulations, and ethical practices.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Students can choose one of the following two forms: (i) Actual semester and writing a work-oriented internship report; (ii) graduation internship and report writing in the direction of applied research. 

Work-oriented experience report: 1) Product report: learning objectives, description of the internship agency, tasks performed at the internship agency, roles in each job, achievements of each job and important contributions to the internship agency; 2) Reflection report: discuss the level of achievement of the initial learning goals, lessons learned and present a self-development plan. 

Graduation internship report in the direction of applied research: 1) Product report: learning objectives, description of the internship agency, research issues related to the field of import-export business, foreign trade services of the internship agency, research methods, research results, etc  suggesting policies and conclusions; 2) Reflection report: discuss the level of achievement of the initial learning goals, lessons learned from the internship process and present a self-development plan.
