After completing this course, students will have sufficient knowledge about credit risk management - Understand the characteristics of each customer group (individual customers, corporate customers, financial institutions). - Analyze the needs of using banking services of each customer group (individual customers, corporate customers, financial institutions). - Design products and services to meet the needs of each customer group (individual customer services, corporate customer services, services provided to financial institutions)

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course is designed to provide students the advanced and specialized knowledge of the structure, management and practices of investment banking. It covers the business activities of mergers and acquisitions, financing and investment; and, the creation of value through financial advisory services such as corporate restructuring. It looks into the business practices of private equity, hedge funds and trading operations. In addition, students will be exposed to both the diagnostic and prescriptive processes of investment banking allowing them to take part in the financial advisory process and understand what it means to be an investment bank practitioner
