Business law in Digital Environmen is a big requirement in law bachelor's training, especially in the context of integration and information technology era today. Currently, the legal system on e-commerce in the world has gradually improved, reaching common standards, but the domestic legal system in this field still has many shortcomings. From the Uruguay round of negotiations to establish the WTO, to the accession to the CP-TPP and the formation of the ASEAN economic community, it shows that the opportunities and future of e-commerce will continue to grow, and the Mastering the law, not only domestic law but also the law of international institutions is extremely necessary for this subject. The Law on E-commerce will provide and suggest to students the legal framework governing e-commerce activities, from e-contracts, e-transactions, to related issues such as intellectual property, based on obligations are established in the domestic legal framework, and generally accepted international standards and principles.
