The module provides learners with basic/basic knowledge of Information Technology, helping learners have basic knowledge in the field of information technology. The module consists of 2 knowledge blocks:
Part 1: Computer architecture: system clusters, storage devices, import-export devices, communications and networks, operation and improvement of system performance.
Part 2: Other basics: types of software, information systems, ERP, e-commerce, Internet, private and security information, databases, system analysis and design, programming and programming languages.
