5. Course Objectives:

The course is to help students understand and develop effective communication skills in interpersonal interactions. The course provides knowledge of the basic principles of communication, including body language, active listening, persuasion skills, and conflict resolution. Students will learn how to build positive relationships through communication, understand the impact of cultural and psychological factors in personal communication, and improve their self-awareness. The course also helps students enhance their communication skills to succeed in academic, professional, and personal settings.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course provides students knowledge and a profound understanding of the influence of personal values and how they shape daily intercommunication, professional communication, and branding. In addition, students will have the ability to collect pieces of information from relevant sources, analyze them critically and appropriately associate them, to create unique content and have confidence to interact with diverse people and audiences, by analyzing and respecting cultural background and diversity.
