Sinh viên nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản và nâng cao về pháp luật sở hữu trí tuệ, bao gồm các đối tượng sở hữu trí tuệ, bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và định giá tài sản trí tuệ. Sinh viên phát triển kỹ năng thực hành nghề luật trong lĩnh vực sở hữu trí tuệ, có khả năng tư duy, phân tích tình huống pháp lý và làm việc hiệu quả trong các công ty luật chuyên về sở hữu trí tuệ. Sinh viên có khả năng tự khởi nghiệp trong lĩnh vực sở hữu trí tuệ, đàm phán, soạn thảo và giao kết hợp đồng trong lĩnh vực này, đồng thời có khả năng đưa ra kiến nghị lập pháp để hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật về sở hữu trí tuệ./ Students will master both basic and advanced knowledge of intellectual property law, including the types of intellectual property, the protection of intellectual property rights, and the valuation of intellectual assets. Students will develop practical legal skills in the field of intellectual property, with the ability to think critically, analyze legal situations, and work effectively in law firms specializing in intellectual property. Students will have the ability to start their own ventures in the field of intellectual property, negotiate, draft, and conclude contracts related to intellectual property, as well as provide legislative recommendations to improve the intellectual property legal system.

This course is designed to provide students with a full understanding of the regulations related to the protection of IP rights and effectively exploiting these assets. The main subjects include: (i) copyright and related rights, (ii) industrial property rights, (iii) plant variety rights, (iv) pricing and commercialization of intellectual property, (v) protection IP rights and (vi) dispute resolution.
