Nhập dữ liệuLegal reasoning and thinking equip students with fundamental knowledge about the types, forms, levels, roles, and significance of various types of thinking, as well as thinking skills in general and in the legal field. This course also provides basic knowledge about the forms, structures, and values of argumentation and legal reasoning. In terms of skills, this course helps students develop basic thinking skills and apply these skills to their legal professional activities. Students will learn how to evaluate and critique others' arguments and construct and present their own arguments persuasively. With the goal of fostering metacognitive thinking skills, students will develop lifelong learning skills. This course also fosters and promotes autonomy, independence, proactiveness, and objectivity in thinking, which are essential for future professional activities.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course on Legal Reasoning and Thinking helps students apply their thinking skills to legal argumentation and problem-solving. This course is particularly significant for students' future professional careers as it provides fundamental skills for sound and effective thinking. Good thinking is the basis for reasoning and debate, a distinctive activity of the legal profession. From formal point of view, good legal reasoning and thinking are demonstrated by the ability to present arguments correctly, concisely, and clearly, either orally or in writing. Functional approach, good legal thinking is the ability to understand and present legal regulations and legal practices in each legal field effectively and professionally. In that sense, this course will complement students in their studies of other legal subjects and in their practical work after graduation.
