5. Course Objectives:
"Môn học này cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức cơ bản về luật dân sự, đặc biệt là các quan hệ pháp luật dân sự, giao dịch dân sự, sở hữu và thừa kế. Cụ thể, sau khi hoàn thành môn học, sinh viên sẽ:
Nắm vững các nguyên tắc và quy định cơ bản của luật dân sự, bao gồm các quan hệ pháp luật dân sự và đặc điểm của các chủ thể, đối tượng, quyền và nghĩa vụ.
Hiểu rõ các quy định về giao dịch dân sự, sở hữu, thừa kế, cũng như các điều kiện xác lập và bảo vệ quyền sở hữu và thừa kế.
Phát triển kỹ năng thu thập, hệ thống hóa và vận dụng các quy định pháp luật vào giải quyết các tình huống pháp lý dân sự.
Cải thiện khả năng trình bày và giải quyết vấn đề pháp lý một cách rõ ràng và chính xác.
Xây dựng thói quen làm việc có trách nhiệm, tự chủ và công tâm trong giải quyết các vấn đề dân sự, với ý thức tôn trọng công lý và pháp luật.
/"This course provides students with basic knowledge of civil law, particularly civil legal relationships, civil transactions, ownership, and inheritance. Specifically, upon completing the course, students will:
Master the basic principles and regulations of civil law, including civil legal relationships and the characteristics of the subjects, objects, rights, and obligations involved.
Understand the regulations on civil transactions, ownership, and inheritance, as well as the conditions for establishing and protecting ownership and inheritance rights.
Develop skills in collecting, systematizing, and applying legal provisions to resolve civil legal situations.
Improve the ability to present and resolve legal issues clearly and accurately.
Cultivate responsible, autonomous, and impartial work habits when addressing civil issues, with a strong respect for justice and the law."
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The subject provides the general knowledge of private legal relations in social life, especially in the digital economic environment, including (1) general provisions on civil law, concept, scope, methods of regulation, basic principles and sources of civil law (2) civil law subjects are individuals, legal entities, objects of civil legal relations, property, personal relations and other related relationships (3) rights and obligations of the subject in specific civil legal relations such as representation, property, inheritance.
