The subject content includes the following issues
a. Introduction to Land Law
Students recognize the importance and socio-economic significance of the Land Law, thereby being able to explain the views on land ownership as a special asset and the limitations of exercising ownership rights to land. From the general knowledge provided, students understand and explain the reasons for the emergence and maintenance of the universal ownership regime for land in Vietnam and the implications of the implementation of the universal ownership regime on the development of land laws as a special asset.
b. State management regime over land:
From the implementation of the regime of universal ownership of land, students are expected to clearly understand the implementation of the regime of State management of land with two aspects: (1) State management of land in order to exercise the right of representation of the whole people owner of land; (2) State management of land in order to exercise the management rights of public agencies, ensure public order and protect the interests of land users when there is a request from land users.
c. Legal status of land users
Students are provided with basic legal knowledge to explain the contents that constitute the legal status of land users from the establishment of land use rights, the enforcement of land users' rights to land as a type of civil property rights, and the termination of land use rights.
d. Regime of use of specific types of land
Students are provided with basic legal knowledge about the enforcement of land use rights for some specific types of land such as agriculture, non-agricultural land, unused land, etc.
e. Settlement of land disputes
Students are provided with basic legal knowledge and specific applications to be able to practice the necessary steps to resolve land disputes at various dispute settlement institutions in Vietnam.
