Nhận diện được các điều kiện áp dụng đối với nhà đầu tư trong nước và nước ngoài khi thành lập tổ chức kiinh tế, góp vốn, mua cổ phần trong hoạt động đầu tư tại Việt Nam
Phác họa được sơ đồ về trình tự, thủ tục chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư cũng như quy trình đăng ký đầu tư đối với dự án đầu tư tại Việt Nam hoặc đầu tư từ Việt Nam ra nước ngoài
Áp dụng kiến thức đã học vào việc phân tích cơ chế ưu đãi đầu tư đối với dự án đầu tư vào khu công nghiệp, khu kinh tế"

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Law on Investment is taught based on the existing knowledge of corporate and administrative law. The subject includes investment activities in Vietnam as well as overseas investment activities. The subject also trains students with investment support and investment guarantee.
