Môn học Luật Hiến pháp cung cấp kiến thức cơ bản và nâng cao về hệ thống pháp luật hiến pháp, đặc biệt là Hiến pháp Việt Nam, các nguyên lý, giá trị và cơ chế chính trị trong hệ thống pháp lý quốc gia. Sau khi hoàn thành, sinh viên sẽ nắm vững khái niệm, vai trò của Hiến pháp và quyền công dân, có khả năng phân tích và giải thích các vấn đề pháp lý, phát triển kỹ năng nghiên cứu, tư duy phản biện và so sánh các Hiến pháp quốc gia. Sinh viên cũng nâng cao kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp và có trách nhiệm trong công việc, đồng thời có khả năng đề xuất cải cách pháp lý nhằm hoàn thiện Hiến pháp và hệ thống pháp luật./The Constitutional Law course provides students with basic and advanced knowledge of the constitutional legal system, particularly the Constitution of Vietnam, as well as the principles, values, and political mechanisms within the national legal system. Upon completion, students will have a solid understanding of the concept and role of the Constitution and citizens' rights. They will be able to analyze and explain legal issues, develop research and critical thinking skills, and compare the constitutions of different countries. Students will also enhance their teamwork, communication, and responsibility in their work, while being capable of proposing legal reforms to improve the Constitution and legal system.

The Constitutional Law subject provides basic knowledge about the science of constitutional law, the constitutional legal profession, institutions on political regime, economy, culture, education, science and technology, security and national defense, external policy, basic relations between the state and citizens, fundamental issues in the organization and operation of the state apparatus of Vietnam in the history of the constitution and the current Constitutional Law. creating basement knowledge for students in the next legal sciences research.
