"Sau khi học xong học phần này, sinh viên có khả năng tiếp nhận kiến thức và vận dụng các kiến thức đã học trong xử lý các tình huống pháp lý về hoạt động kinh doanh các dịch vụ tài chính. Mục tiêu kiến thức: - Nắm được các biểu hiện của hoạt động ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, chứng khoán và hiểu mối liên hệ giữa các hoạt động này trong thị trường tài chính - Phân tích được các bản chất pháp lý của các giao dịch xoay quanh hoạt động tài chính, xác định vi phạm và các biện pháp giải quyết tranh chấp trong lĩnh vực tài chính. Mục tiêu kỹ năng: - Vận dụng được kiến thức đã học vào xác định quyền và nghĩa vụ của các chủ thể trong giao dịch tài chính; - Lập luận và xác định trách nhiệm pháp lý đối với các hành vi vi phạm trong hoạt động tài chính; Mục tiêu thái độ: có góc nhìn khách quan về hoạt động kinh doanh các dịch vụ tài chính, có ý thức đóng góp hoàn thiện pháp luật, có trách nhiệm tuân thủ pháp luật khi thực hiện các giao dịch tài chính./ "After completing this course, students are able to acquire knowledge and apply the knowledge they have learned in handling legal situations regarding financial services business activities. The subject content includes legal provisions governing the business of banking services, including (1) specific regulations on the establishment, management organization, reorganization, special control, dissolution and bankruptcy of financial service business entities; (2) legal regulations governing banking business. In addition, students have access to legal regulations governing the business of insurance services, including (1) specific regulations on the establishment, management organization, reorganization, and special control. separation, dissolution and bankruptcy of insurance service business entities; (2) legal regulations governing insurance business such as insurance contracts, types of insurance as well as legal regulations governing securities trading, including (1) Regulations on the organization of the securities market and the issue of securities, (2) specific provisions applicable to types of securities business entities, (3) legal regulations governing the activities of Securities trading activities as specific regulations in securities trading.
